Brooke practices in the areas of estate and gift planning, estate and trust administration, and probate, business succession planning, and general business and corporate law. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts (including life insurance trusts, trusts for minors and revocable trusts), powers of attorney, health care directives and prenuptial agreements. She focuses her corporate practice on business entity formation and business succession planning for family-owned businesses including the preparation of buy-sell agreements, and the use of gifts and sales to transfer assets to future generations.

Her estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts (including life insurance trusts, trusts for minors and revocable trusts), powers of attorney, health care directives and prenuptial agreements. She also assists clients with the administration of trusts and the establishment of guardianships and conservatorships.
Brooke focuses her corporate practice on business entity formation and business succession planning for family-owned businesses including the preparation of buy-sell agreements, and the use of gifts and sales to transfer assets to future generations. She also assists her clients in connection with the preparation and negotiation of contracts with customers, business partners and employees, as well as with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Her corporate clients include those in the lumber industry, residential and commercial real estate, construction, food services, professional services and the nonprofit sector.
Her previous experience includes working in the estate planning and corporate practice groups as an associate at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Brooke received her B.A. with honors from Vanderbilt University in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005.
She is an active member of the Mountain Brook Community Church and participates in several community organizations including the United Way Young Leaders and the Young Executive Council of Red Mountain Theatre Company. She serves on the Junior Patrons Board of the Birmingham Art Museum and the United Way Legacy Cabinet, and has served as the Treasurer for the Women Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association from 2011-2014, and is serving as the Treasurer for the Probate Section of the Birmingham Bar Association for 2014.
